Venue: Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden
Following their highly acclaimed production of “James and the Giant Peach” al-fresco theatre company Illyria returns with an even BIGGER Dahl classic! This time in the beautiful setting of the Grappenhall Walled Garden.
All Mr Fox wants from life is to feed his family, and fortunately farmers Boggis, Bunce and Bean (one short, one fat, one lean) have an ample supply of chickens, geese and ducks. But Boggis, Bunce and Bean are not just any farmers – they are the cruellest, meanest and most ruthless farmers you could ever meet, and they are determined to put a stop to Mr Fox once and for all.
Bring a picnic, something to sit on and settle down for a truly memorable night.
