Volunteer

volunteer-smallEvery year, we need over 50 volunteers to plan and run the festival, so if you have a few hours to give we’d love to hear from you. We need people to organise events, work in the box office and help over the weekend with setting up the site, checking the tickets and much more.

If you are working towards your Duke of Edinburgh or looking for volunteering experience to strengthen your UCAS application or your CV, then the Festival is a great opportunity.

Fill in this simple form and the volunteer team will get in touch shortly.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us on volunteers@stocktonheathfestival.co.uk

Some sites we use are Stockton Heath Festival Field, Alexandra Park, St Thomas' Church, Appleton Parish Hall, Grappenhall Walled Gardens
We will need volunteers to help move chairs and tables from different areas and sites.
We have a licensed bar, where only 18 and overs can serve. If you're not, you can still volunteer at the Festival.
By consenting to the Festival’s terms & conditions, you agree that the Festival may hold your data. This data will not be shared with any third party, but may be used to contact you with details for volunteering, or for other purposes, such as ticket sales or general publicity. The Stockton Heath Festival Trust will make every effort to keep your data secure. When you submit this form, the details will be sent to the Festival’s Volunteer Manager, at the email address volunteers@stocktonheathfestival.co.uk. There may be times when the Volunteer Manager will need to share your data with other members of the Stockton Heath Festival’s executive committee, or designated event hosts, who may use your data to make sure you are fully informed of your role at the Festival. By submitting this form, you agree that you are able to attend the Festival as a volunteer, and that you are able to get to the event at the time designated by the Volunteer Manager, or other member of the volunteer sub group. You also agree that you have given the Festival any available information that would be important for us when designating a role for you.
