How is it run?
The Festival is run purely by volunteers. An Executive Committee led by a Festival Director is responsible for putting the Festival together. Areas of work include Events, Venues, Fundraising, Marketing and Volunteers. The work of the Committee is overseen by a Board of Trustees responsible to the Charities Commission. During the course of a year about 50 volunteers from the local community help organise and put on the Festival.
How much does the Festival cost to put on?
Costs change from year to year but approximately £35,000 is needed each year to put the Festival on. This covers things such as hiring the Marquees, sound and lighting equipment, publicity, performance fees, licences, insurance etc.

How do I get tickets for the Festival?
Buy your tickets online now.
Online, each event listed in the What’s On section has a Buy Ticket button where all event tickets can be purchased using a shopping cart process so you can get all you want in a single visit. There is a small surcharge made on online tickets to cover the card processing and ticket agency costs. Online ticket sales cease at midnight on Wednesday 4 July.
Tickets are also available from the Festival Box Office in the Forge Shopping Centre, Stockton Heath. The Box Office is open from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm each Friday and Saturday from 8 June to 6 July. After this time, late availability tickets can be bought on the Festival field official Information desk or on the door at the venue (assuming the event is not sold out).
Please note that the Paddington 2 film and AIM Community Choir events are free but do require tickets due to limited seating. Please collect tickets before the event from the Festival Box Office.

How can I get involved?
We are always looking for new volunteers to help with different aspects of the Festival and need people with all sorts of skills and experience. Who funds the Festival?
As a registered Charity the Festival is funded through several means. These include donations from local businesses, grants from the local Parish Councils, monies raised from the Grand Festival Draw, raffles, fundraising events and ticket sales.
